The compliments are the same, that she's well behaved and is a fast learner, and has no problem with the curriculum. And her weaknesses are the same too, that she doesn't do that well in show and tell, that she doesn't elaborate, and she's not good at dramatizing. In another words, she lacks public speaking skills, confidence and creativity.
I'm not too worried. I don't expect perfection. And I believe most skills are learnable, including public speaking skills, leading skills and creating skills. I'm not born with the gift of eloquence, but if I need to present/speak to convince others, I have learnt to be thoroughly prepared for such occasion and I have learnt to speak with confidence and clarity. So Lynn will always have the abilities that she's born with, and she can learn whatever she needs to know.
