Update

Time to do some update.

Had been extremely busy at work. I'm "grounded" with respect to flying, but have been traveling almost everyday, for the past 4 weeks, between the Woodlands office and the Tampines office (my company has one plant in Tampines), for one of my project. Travelling to 2 offices, TPY -> tampines -> wdls -> TPY on one day, then TPY -> wdls -> tampines -> TPY on the next day, continuously for 4 weeks, left me exhausted at the end of the workday, and also the weekend. I'm so glad that I will soon be saying goodbye to this madness. I had "counted down" one (painful) month, and have one more month to go. The coming month is still going to be tough, but who am I to complain, since I am bailing out soon.

My mood has picked up since I tendered my resignation last month. When I first tendered, my thoughts and feelings were in a mess. I spent quite a lot of time talking to various people over the past few weeks. Now, I'm more settled. I have 4 different sets of feelings. Firstly, I'm sad that I'm leaving my great team and my good friends. Secondly I feel sorry to leave my boss and some of my more capable staff to carry on with the heavy burden. Thirdly I'm still feel very heart broken that I'm leaving my "lao ban niang". Lastly, I'm happy and am counting down to saying bye bye to the crazy workload. One more month, one more month..

As for the weekends, I'm very much behind in my postings. Firstly, we watched Lynn perform at the school's graduation concert on 26 Nov. Right after the performance, we spent a great weekend at MBS with many family members. Then Lynn and I spent a weekend (3rd/4th Dec)together without WK around. On that sunday, I sent her to play with her cousins, while I went Christmas shopping with Wee San. Bought a lot of stuff; spent a lot of money. Then on 10th Dec, we attended Lynn's Parents meet Teachers session. Nothing surprising now, but it's still great to get regular update on her progress at school. The weekend that had just passed, Winny organised a gift exchange for the kids. Other than writing up on these activities, I also have quite a few pics to post (christmas deco at home, and a photobook that I did for the cousins). Also, I have to finish posting on the Australia trip.

Looking forward to finish this busy week, then I will be on leave next week!!! Got lots of stuff to clear, but will definately find time to finish all my postings. Meeting up with Joc and Lili too next week. Have been thinking of dating Lydia too, but have not gotten to do that yet.
