The compliments are the same, that she's well behaved and is a fast learner, and has no problem with the curriculum. And her weaknesses are the same too, that she doesn't do that well in show and tell, that she doesn't elaborate, and she's not good at dramatizing. In another words, she lacks public speaking skills, confidence and creativity.
I'm not too worried. I don't expect perfection. And I believe most skills are learnable, including public speaking skills, leading skills and creating skills. On the other hand, some things are "born with", such as leadership and creativity. An illustration of what I mean: I not a natural born leader, I do not have the charisma of a persuasive leader. But I am a manager of a small team, so I learn and I'm able to lead to a reasonable extend. I'm not born with the gift of eloquence, but if I need to present/speak to convince others, I have learnt to be thoroughly prepared for such occasion and I have learnt to speak with confidence and clarity. So Lynn will always have the abilities that she's born with, and she can learn whatever she needs to know.
While going through the pile of work that she completed for this team, I saw a book written by lynn. The whole book consist of 9 pages. It has a story line of a typical children's story. I passed it to WK, and he read it in detail, and he absolutely loved it. Here is the story:

ha, well done Lynn on the short story.
It'll be Chloe's turn this Sat :)
Ha, I read your old blog again on lynn's first meet the parents session, read through your old posts on her development and saw her chubby faces when she's around Chloe's age. Is great to document their developments on blog, bring back so much memory when reading it again :)
Ya, that's the objective of keeping a blog right? Imagine one day, when we were 50 years old, or when the kids were 20, and wanted to look for a particular event (eg HK trip 2012), we can find the photos and write up in the blog, how cool! That's why I kept lamenting that so many friends give up blogging to other hobbies/priorities.
I love her story too! That's impressive. Well done :)
