[Drafted in the cab on Wed night on my way home from Changi airport, and completed on Thurs morning. Scheduled for posting on next Monday.] Nothing very special about this trip to blog about; just one of my super compact (get the work done and get out of there) biz trip. Took only about 10 pics. Here they are:
Have been to Shanghai a few times. The last time I went I was at 淮海road area (near the Band). For this biz trip, I'm at 徐家匯area. Took the Sunday 1230noon flight out of Singapore; was in the cab on the way to the hotel at about 8pm when we saw this (dunno what) building that has this spectacular lighting display. On one hand, it looks really awesome. On the other hand, it's pure waste of energy and terribly ungreen:
Room service on Sunday night. Usually biz trips' full of entertainment, ie lunch and dinner with unfarmiliar people. So I actually like room service - hide in the room and my own world. The salmon's good:
Some pic of the Shanghai finance office and the design centre.
Full of plants:
Out door mini gym at the design centre:
Lastly, at the airport, Alice took me to KFC for milk tea, which she like a lot. I'm a milk tea person too, and I like it too. She took the cold one, I took the hot one. The pearl's quite good too:
