Birthday 2012 (2/3)

Many months back, Lynn said "This year I want doggie cake for my school birthday celebration, and next year (2013), I want.....", which I quickly interrupted "Next year NO MORE birthday celebration in school; there's no birthday party in "big big" school, ok..   "Big big" school means primary school, cos we sometimes pass by Kheng Cheng school, and I will point out to her that she's going to this "big big" school,  which Erin jie jie (the neighbour's kids) goes to.

This is the 4th time I prepare the usual stuff for her bd celebration in school.  It was really fun and exciting the first time round, and then not so after the 2nd time.  Still it's a must for preschool kids nowadays.

Lynn had been to this CC for 3 years, and most of the classmates had been with her for all 3 years.  I stayed quite long during this year's celebration, and I realised that I actually can recognise them all.  Here's the photos of the individual kids, for remembrance sake:

1) Jia Le (Chew), her frist best friend, but no longer so for a long time already.  However, they are quite fated to be "together", cos he's in the same P1 class as her next year:

2) Jai (boy on the left looking into the camera).  I think "Jai" is his surname.  He's going Kheng Cheng too.
3) Yi Ming (in the middle with purple gift pack).  Lynn says that he's the smallest boy in class.
4) Cheng Yu.  There's a rather funny story about Cheng Yu.  He only join the K2 class at the beginning of this year.  Lynn ever told us that before Cheng Yu join the class, she's the smartest in class, and that after Cheng Yu joined, she's not longer the smartest, haha.. Cheng Yu's going to Kheng Cheng too.

5) Boy on her right of photo (left of Lynn) is Ming Hong, her new best friend.

6) Boy on her right is Shou Jing, the tallest boy in class.  Boy behind her, looking into the camera is Jayden, her partner in the concert opening/thank you speech.
7) Claudia, a very chatty girl, who talked to me non-stop during my visit that day.  Boy lying on the table is Yit Kat.  3 kids not in the photos are (i) Chloe, (ii) Shyann and (iii) Christian.  I don't remember/know any of my pre school friends, and I wonder which of these kids will Lynn continue to be friends with or will cross path with next time.  Best wishes to all these 6-yr old cuties.
