Went on a biz trip to Shenzhen in mid Nov. Need to be in office on Monday morning, so we took the Sunday flight. However, there's only early morning flight (630am), so we reached before 11am. Took us quite a bit of time to settle into the Hotel then head down to Dong Men. So the shopping was for about 5 hours before we (2 of us) headed back to meet the other colleagues for dinner.
Here's some really inexpensive stuff that I got:
(1) A biege furry Jacket for RMB 30. Alice, my colleague jio me to buy, cos she said that this is quite good at keeping warm (she had stayed in China for 3 years before returning to Singapore recently)
2) 2 necklace, for my mum and WK's mum, each cost RMB10. The hair rubberband is for myself, also RMB10
3) Tights, which sells for $15 in Singapore, but cost about RMB20 only. Korean style hairband also about RMB 20
4) I have been scouting for a pair of blue shoes for a long time. This pair is only RMB39, but not very comfi..
5) This is my best buy - good quality winter boots for RMB 180 (S$36).
