周记 is diary?
That's right, it's part of her school work, to write diary once a week. Last year in P3, only the Chinese teacher request for 周记; this year the English teacher also ask them to write weekly journal. I don't know what she writes in her English journal, because she can write on her own. However, her Chinese is poor, so I usually help her with her 周记 writing.
