CJ Day 3/4 and off to TP

We had no other plan lined up for day 3 afternoon at cingjing, so we decided to do a half hour trail together, and then go 2 separate ways. WK went for another 2 hour trail, while Lynn and I went little Swiss garden again.  Here are some pictures of that afternoon, and day 4 morning before we check out.

Lunch after 合欢山 at the visitors' centre.  The pretty Christmas edition Starbucks cup; got our cappuccino fix..

After an hours' rest, we went for our trail. This is a strange sight; a electrical lamp fixed on a tree..

The cloth mask is very useful in protecting sensitive nose.

We went 7-11 a lot during this trip. We indulged in the instant food culture that week.

We headed back to our 名宿 for its very nice steamboat dinner.

The next morning, WK's friend from Tainan came to pick wk up for a ride up to 武陵。Lynn and I just spend time at our 名宿 and the gift shop/7-11 outside little Swiss garden.

WK's friend took us to lunch and then send us to the train station. We spent the next 2 and half day in Taipei.

CJ day 3

On day 3, which was our 2nd day at cingjing, we did a half day tour to 合欢山。I wanted to do the sunrise tour, which starts at 4+ and ends before 8, but the 2 lazy bums didn't want to. Thus we did the 9 to noon tour.  It was cold when we started, but eventually turned warm. I brought thick clothing, and they were not used.  

I have been to and seen such views, thus no wow factor for me. Hopefully Lynn enjoy it more. She complained that it was too bright and hot (need to get her sunglasses for future). She told me when asked that she enjoyed the short tracking trail the best.

This short trail is about 10 minutes one way. WK and Lynn went for it while I stayed at the souvenir shop below.

CJ Day 2

After a good night's rest, we started our day 2 at 9+. We covered the 2 most touristy attractions by mid afternoon, which are 青青草原 and 小瑞士花园. Lynn enjoyed the animals most, like feeding sheep and pigeons.
 

The weather was hot those 2 days.

Other than the attractions, there are a few walking trails that one can spend time on.

There are large scale spider webs and huge spiders all around. Can see from this photo below?

Lynn's fav activity at cingjing.. We came back the next day too..

We bought a post card and sent it home. It reached in 2 week's time.
